BrahmaTalent.com was started in February 2005 as a home based business.
In a global economy with a shortage of qualified talent, we recognized
the need to present the South Asian community as viable resource of
talent in today's market. At the time of inception, there was no
advocate for the Asian-Indian community nor was there a dedicated
website for this community to utilize in the employment sector within
North America. BrahmaTalent.com is the first of its kind to meet these
needs. We partner and network with employers and organizations who
have a commitment to diversity and inclusion to highlight this valuable
and talented workforce.
As President, I have over 12 years of expertise in Human Resources. I
am a proud Indo-American who understands the unique attributes that the
Asian Indian society has to offer. I am continually involved in the
South Asian community activities and am aware of trends within this
distinct population.
It is with pride and enthusiasm that we present BrahmaTalent.com as an
online job board and complete employment resource center to the greater
Asian Indian community of North America.
